Prenatal Pilates

Pregnancy is an incredible time, but it comes with physical changes that deserve proper care and support. My prenatal sessions are designed to help you stay strong, comfortable and confident as your body grows and shifts.

 

Together we will build a programme personal to you, your body and your pregnancy. This will usually include a combination work on the mat, the reformer and using small equipment and begin with a postural analysis.
 

I will build you a bespoke Stott Pilates programme, focusing on:

  • core and pelvic floor support

  • easing back, hip and rib discomfort

  • maintaining strength and alignment

  • breathwork to help you feel calm and connected
     

This is your time to move gently, feel listened to, and prepare your body for birth with kindness rather than pressure. Every pregnancy is different, so every session is completely adapted to you.

Prenatal Pilates classes can be1-2-1 Mat, Reformer or combo.

Postnatal Pilates

Postnatal recovery is a journey, and every phase of it deserves care, patience and proper support. Whether you’re weeks, months or years postpartum, you’re welcome here, and yes, your baby is always welcome to come to class. This is a calm, understanding space where you can focus on yourself while keeping your little one close.
 

We begin with a full-body postnatal postural analysis so I can understand how your body has changed, how you’re feeling, and what you need most.

 

From there, I create a personalised Stott Pilates programme just for you, usually blending both mat and reformer work to give you the perfect mix of core reconnection, stability and strength.
 

We focus on:

  • restoring core strength & stability

  • pelvic floor support

  • easing tightness from feeding, carrying or sleepless nights

  • addressing diastasis recti (ab separation)

  • rebuilding confidence in movement
     

Sessions are gentle, encouraging and completely tailored to your pace. You don’t need to feel a certain way before you start, we work from where you are, with kindness and intention, helping you reconnect with your body and feel more like yourself again.

Postnatal Pilates classes can be1-2-1 Mat, Reformer or combo.
