From first timers to serious athletes, I’m here to offer expert guidance in Mat and Reformer Pilates, personalised sessions, and a warm, supportive environment where you’ll leave feeling strong, confident, and truly amazing in your own skin.

I’m Phoebe, an Advanced Stott Pilates instructor and Barre teacher, and I’ve been teaching Pilates for over
10 years in both the UK and Cyprus. I specialise in
Mat and Reformer Pilates, Pre and Postnatal, injury recovery and athletic conditioning. I love to help people of all ages and abilities feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies.
I believe that expert coaching and working towards real results can still be fun. Every session I teach is tailored to your body and your goals, combining precision and progress with positivity and enjoyment. Pilates isn’t just about movement, it’s about feeling capable, confident, and amazed at what your body can do.

"I have been doing Pilates with Phoebe for about four years now and progressed from mat classes to one to one Reformer classes in her very calming and beautiful studio a couple of years ago. It has changed so much for me in terms of improving my core strength post abdominal surgery as well as strengthening smaller muscle groups in my arms and legs and improving my posture. It has taught me so much about my body and brought an awareness that has really helped me to challenge myself in my running and other workouts. I have built up much more strength and the physical results have been really pleasing too. Phoebe's knowledge of the body is amazing and the way she learns your body's tendencies and creates a bespoke session suited to specific goals and areas for improvement is fantastic.
